These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 1605 website, desktop applications, software tools, local services, update system, paid subscriptions, trials, credits, and any related products or services provided by [1605] ("1605", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Nature of the Tools

1605 applications are not developed, provided, promoted, or sold with the intention of causing harm, enabling illegal activity, bypassing laws, violating third-party rights, defrauding platforms, attacking systems, spreading malware, abusing services, or engaging in any unauthorized activity.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• 1605 provides software tools only;
• you decide how, where, and for what purpose you use the tools;
• you are solely responsible for your actions, configurations, data, accounts, automation flows, generated outputs, uploaded content, processed files, and any consequences arising from your use;
• you must ensure that your use of 1605 complies with all applicable laws, platform rules, third-party terms, contracts, and regulations.

3. Use at Your Own Risk

You agree to use all 1605 applications and services at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1605 is not responsible for losses, damages, account restrictions, platform bans, data loss, business interruption, incorrect configurations, failed automation, failed updates, proxy issues, third-party service failures, corrupted files, unexpected software behavior, or any other consequences resulting from your use or misuse of the applications.

You are responsible for:

• understanding what each application does before using it;
• testing configurations before using them in production;
• backing up your data;
• complying with applicable laws and third-party platform rules;
• protecting your account credentials;
• reviewing results before relying on them;
• ensuring that any automation or tool usage is authorized and lawful.

4. Eligibility

By using 1605, you represent that:

6. Licenses, Subscriptions, Credits, and Balance

Some 1605 applications or features may require an active license, paid subscription, credit balance, trial activation, or other entitlement.

By purchasing or activating a paid service, you agree to the pricing, billing rules, limits, renewal terms, refund terms, and feature restrictions displayed at the time of purchase.

• subscription plans;
• usage-based credits;
• application-specific licenses.

Promotions may be time-limited, quantity-limited, region-limited, user-limited, or subject to additional conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.

Credits, balances, subscriptions, and licenses may be restricted to specific applications, features, or usage types.

7. Payments and Refunds

All payments must be completed through the payment methods made available by 1605.

You agree that:

• failed, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or incomplete payments may result in service suspension;

1605 reserves the right to refuse, approve, partially approve, or reject refund requests where permitted by law.

• manipulate reviews, metrics, engagement, traffic, advertising systems, or platform behavior unlawfully;
• conceal illegal activity or assist others in doing so;
• process, upload, generate, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, violent, hateful, or infringing content;
• resell, rent, share, transfer, or sublicense your account, license, subscription, or access without our written permission;
• reverse engineer, de compile, modify, tamper with, or attempt to extract source code from any 1605 software, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• interfere with the update system, license validation, security mechanisms, telemetry required for service integrity, or anti-abuse protections;
• use the software in any way that may harm 1605, other users, third-party platforms, or the public.

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including warnings, feature restrictions, account suspension, license termination, deletion of non-compliant data, refusal of service.

9. User Responsibility for Third-Party Platforms

1605 tools may interact with websites, accounts, APIs, browsers, proxies, extensions, files, services, or platforms operated by third parties.

You acknowledge that third-party platforms may have their own rules, limits, terms of service, security systems, anti-abuse systems, and account policies.

1605 does not guarantee that your use of any tool will be accepted by any third-party platform.

You are solely responsible for:

• reviewing and complying with third-party terms;
• obtaining any required authorization;
• ensuring that your browser profiles, proxies, automation, image outputs, uploads, generated content, or account activity are lawful and permitted;
• any restrictions, bans, penalties, disputes, or losses imposed by third-party platforms.

10. Image Processing and AI-Assisted Features

1605 may provide image editing, enhancement, restoration, optimization, background removal, watermark-related tools, AI-assisted processing, or other media-related features.

You are solely responsible for any image, file, content, or data that you upload, process, modify, generate, export, or distribute using 1605.

You must not use 1605 to process or distribute content that:

• infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights;
• is illegal, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, or exploitative;
• violates platform rules or third-party agreements;
• misrepresents reality in a harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful way;
• removes or alters rights-management information where prohibited by law;
• is used to deceive, impersonate, defraud, or harm others.

AI-assisted results may be imperfect, inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You must review all outputs before relying on or publishing them.

11. Browser, Proxy, Automation, and Profile Tools

1605 may include tools for browser profile management, proxy management, automation, local data organization, session handling, fingerprint-related settings, or workflow control.

These tools are provided for lawful and authorized use cases such as testing, development, research, quality assurance, workflow separation, business operations, account organization, and productivity.

You agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of such tools is lawful and permitted by any relevant third-party platform.

1605 does not guarantee that any browser profile, proxy, automation flow, configuration, or fingerprint-related setting will avoid detection, prevent restrictions, ensure platform compatibility, or produce any specific result.

You must not use these tools to conduct unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, evasion of legal obligations, account misuse, spam, malicious automation, or any activity prohibited by applicable law or third-party terms.

12. Local AI Features

1605 may include a local AI assistant or related AI features that run on your device or communicate with local 1605 services.

Local AI features may help analyze application state, summarize data, suggest actions, prepare workflows, or assist with configuration.

You understand that AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable. You remain responsible for reviewing, approving, rejecting, or modifying any suggested action.

1605 is not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated outputs.

13. Updates and Application Changes

1605 may provide updates, patches, security fixes, feature changes, model updates, application-specific updates, or launcher updates.

You agree that:

• certain updates may be required to continue using the services;
• outdated versions may be blocked for security, compatibility, licensing, or operational reasons;
• features may change, be removed, or be replaced;
• update availability may differ by application, plan, region, or rollout stage.

You must not interfere with or bypass the update mechanism, license verification, package verification, or security checks.

14. User Data and Backups

You retain responsibility for the data you upload, create, process, import, export, store, or manage through 1605.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use such data.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data, including but not limited to:

• browser profiles;
• proxy lists;
• cookies;
• local databases;
• generated images;
• templates;
• settings;
• exported files;
• AI-related data;
• application configuration.

Although 1605 may provide local storage, sync, export, or backup-related features, we do not guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted, overwritten, deleted, or made inaccessible.

15. Privacy

Your use of 1605 is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the services, you agree that we may collect, process, and store information as described in the Privacy Policy, including information required for account access, licensing, billing, fraud prevention, security, updates, support, and service operation.

16. Confidentiality and Feedback

You must not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from 1605 software or services, except where expressly permitted by us or by applicable law.

1605 may interact with or include third-party services, APIs, libraries, extensions, models, payment processors, hosting providers, browser components, proxy services, or other external systems.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, pricing, policies, performance, or actions.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by separate terms.

19. Service Availability

We aim to provide stable and reliable services, but we do not guarantee that the services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every system, platform, website, or configuration.

Service interruptions may occur due to:

• network problems;

• force majeure events;
• user-side hardware, software, or configuration problems.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of:

• non-infringement;

• accuracy of AI outputs;
• successful automation;
• successful account operation;
• data preservation;
• security against all possible threats.

1605 does not guarantee that the software or services will meet your expectations or produce any specific result.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1605 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• loss of profits;
• loss of revenue;
• business interruption;
• loss of data;
• account bans or restrictions;
• failed campaigns;
• failed automation;
• failed image processing;
• proxy failures;
• third-party platform actions;
• security incidents not caused by our proven fault;
• reputational harm;
• cost of substitute services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to 1605 for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

22. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 1605, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• your use or misuse of the services;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of applicable law;

• disputes between you and third parties;
• unauthorized or unlawful activity conducted through your account.

23. Suspension and Termination

• your payment is disputed, reversed, fraudulent, or rejected;
